Shipping policy

Because many of our pieces are offered as limited drops or pre-orders, we feel it is important to clearly set expectations around delivery. We guarantee that every item you order will be delivered to your doorstep within 180 days (six months) at the absolute maximum.

While most orders arrive much sooner, certain pre-order items may take longer than others due to their custom production process. We kindly ask that you remain patient and prepared to receive your high-quality piece whenever it arrives within that guaranteed timeframe. In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you within 180 days, you will be entitled to a full refund of your purchase, returned to your original payment method.
